Activity and fitness themed park and mixed use masterplan which included multiple hotels, office buildings as well as residential condominiums and a university. All facilities are organized along a central enclosed spine that features retail shops, restaurants and entertainment. The central King’s Pavilion is used for King Fahad to address the people of Dammam. DK provided Masterplanning and Conceptual Design services for the project.
