New city center masterplanning of an intercity area of KL. The extensive program included indoor and outdoor retail, hotels, residential condominiums, office towers and low-rise incubator office space. Planning was organized around a central park that is punctuated by a 78 story landmark office tower. DK provided masterplanning and conceptual design services for the project.
